GOFOGO Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of GOFOGO, including viewing auctions, buying bid credits, placing bids, using SmartBid, using Buy It Now, claiming rewards, redeeming prizes, and submitting fulfillment information.

By connecting a wallet and participating in GOFOGO, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in auctions, buy bids, use SmartBid, use Buy It Now, or claim prizes.

GOFOGO may update these Terms. When the Terms version changes, new and existing users may be required to accept the updated version before participating again.

GOFOGO is operating in active beta and rapid development. Features may change frequently, auction mechanics may evolve, and user interfaces may be updated, removed, renamed, or replaced without advance notice.

You acknowledge that bugs, outages, synchronization issues, timer display differences, delayed events, unexpected behavior, or failed transactions may occur. SmartBid, timers, simultaneous auctions, queue systems, Buy It Now, reward systems, and other features may be under active testing.

Participation is at your own risk. GOFOGO may pause, modify, cancel, correct, or roll back platform features or affected auctions where reasonably necessary to address bugs, exploits, outages, incorrect behavior, abuse, or technical issues.

Bid credits are consumed when placed. Losing bidders do not receive used bids back unless GOFOGO explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion, auction rule, or written platform notice.

Auctions may use fixed timers, progressive timers, SmartBid, Buy It Now, simultaneous auctions, sequential auctions, scheduled auctions, queue systems, reserve logic, or other mechanics. Auction details shown in the interface are informational and may be supplemented by on-chain state.

GOFOGO may cancel, correct, modify, pause, refund, restore, re-auction, or otherwise adjust auctions, bid balances, rewards, or outcomes affected by bugs, exploits, abuse, outages, synchronization problems, chain issues, or other technical problems. Adjustments are at GOFOGO's sole discretion unless required by law.

GOFOGO may issue promotional, bonus, reward, complimentary, or test bids through daily login rewards, wheel spins, achievements, promotions, referral campaigns, giveaways, test events, or other campaigns.

Promotional bids have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, may be revoked, modified, capped, canceled, or withheld, and are not guaranteed. Promotional bids may not be eligible for reimbursement, restoration, or replacement due to bugs, outages, SmartBid behavior, auction issues, sync issues, or other technical problems.

Any adjustment, restoration, replacement, or correction involving promotional or bonus bids is at GOFOGO's sole discretion.

SmartBid is an automated bidding feature. When you enable SmartBid or reserve bids for SmartBid, you authorize GOFOGO's SmartBid automation to place bids on your behalf according to your settings and the available platform logic.

SmartBid may place bids rapidly during competitive auctions. You are responsible for your SmartBid settings, reserved bid amounts, and the resulting bid consumption. Network conditions, blockchain latency, UI timing, auction spikes, simultaneous auctions, webhook/indexing delays, and synchronization timing may affect when bid consumption appears in the interface.

SmartBid does not guarantee that you will win. SmartBid may fail to bid, bid later than expected, skip bidding, encounter cooldowns, experience transaction failures, or behave differently than you expected because of auction state, network conditions, bugs, or active testing.

Buy It Now may be available on certain auctions. Eligibility, price, timing, and availability may vary by auction and may require prior bidding participation or other conditions.

A valid Buy It Now transaction may immediately end an auction and determine the purchaser according to the applicable auction rules and on-chain mechanics.

GOFOGO may modify, disable, pause, restrict, or correct Buy It Now rules or availability, including where necessary to address bugs, abuse, incorrect pricing, chain issues, or rapid-development changes.

Winning users must complete all required claim, checkout, redeem, payment, shipping, identity, compliance, or fulfillment steps within seven (7) days of the auction ending unless GOFOGO states a different claim window in writing for that specific prize.

Failure to complete required claim steps within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture, reversal, clawback, re-auction, cancellation, or loss of prize rights. GOFOGO may determine how to handle unclaimed or improperly claimed prizes at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

For physical prizes, you must provide accurate shipping and contact information. For digital or on-chain prizes, delivery may be made to the winning wallet or another eligible address specified by the platform flow. GOFOGO is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information, wallet access loss, or user error.

GOFOGO uses blockchain-based systems. You accept risks including smart contract bugs, failed or delayed transactions, RPC/network outages, blockchain latency, irreversible transactions, wallet compromise, lost keys, user signing mistakes, token volatility, and changing network conditions.

Transactions submitted to a blockchain may be irreversible. GOFOGO may not be able to cancel, reverse, or restore transactions or assets once they are submitted or confirmed.

GOFOGO does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Bid credits, tokens, prizes, and auction participation should not be treated as investments.

You may not use GOFOGO in a jurisdiction where your participation is prohibited. You may not exploit, hack, manipulate, attack, spam, overload, or interfere with the platform, smart contracts, APIs, infrastructure, auctions, rewards, referrals, or other users.

You may not create wallets, accounts, or patterns of activity to abuse promotions, evade restrictions, manipulate auctions, bypass SmartBid limits, or obtain rewards unfairly.

GOFOGO may restrict access, suspend participation, void bids, cancel rewards, withhold fulfillment, or take corrective action where it believes there has been abuse, fraud, exploit activity, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.

GOFOGO is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Auction outcomes, timers, SmartBid activity, Buy It Now availability, reward grants, and prize fulfillment may be affected by technical conditions or active development.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOFOGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by smart contracts, networks, wallets, outages, latency, bugs, user error, token volatility, third-party services, or unauthorized access.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The current Terms are available at gofogo.fun/terms.
